It felt like Bezos had backed them off hard but this was a good week for the WAPO. I may have to resubscribe.
Matt Murray, the executive editor of The Washington Post, emails staff about the journalistic heater the newsroom is on:

Entirely out? An exaggeration. He wrote an extended song in the mixtape but it was condensed to this because it was bitter and ultimately not helpful to either narrative. Both said horrible things about the other unbecoming to the legacy of either. youtu.be/jpFsc2bDXUk?is=Boy7…

We found our next QB because of a lateral, a speedy WR and good downfield blocking? Put this guy in charge of talent evaluation!

No! He’s going to work for Blue and SpX and will go silent on us! But he’s one of the voices of my downtime!

It truly is. It blended trust between journalist and guarded astronauts, a lack of fear of getting into the details of orbital mechanics, mission rules, engineering and acronyms and just enough explanations to ensure the reader could keep up. Elite storytelling.

My kids are grown. One is an aerospace engineer. I used to talk about the SpaceX team accomplishments to them like others talk about sports. My daughter organized her college machine shop class to watch the first FH launch. Now, I can’t. They equate the team with the man.

If.....and I mean IF.....SpaceX decides to send our Hopper to the special place reserved for heroes, I'm hoping the ghost of Hoppy lives on in these toons.

Yeah. That looked incredibly routine and expected. Gerst is saying somewhere “See? A centimeter. Book it.” Stabilize booster design. Make three times as many ships. Prove out in-space fuel transfer. And this becomes a machine.

Buckeye fan here. Very very happy for Dan. Ducks creatively played their hearts out. Great coaching. Had some issues with our coaching and on that Jeremiah Smith penalty at the end. But happy for Dan and looking forward to playing this team again.

Respectfully, I think you are on the wrong side of this one. These are artists trying to carve out a small living. Their expenses are not insignificant. I can understand trying to manage access but a rocket company who accepts taxpayer dollars should know better. Come on, Tory

I DIDN’T KNOW he was in this!
Farewell to one of the all-time funniest, BOB NEWHART. 💔 Shined in his stand-up, sitcoms & as Major Major in Mike Nichols' CATCH-22. Unforgettable as he escapes out a window in a false mustache, declaring no one should enter his office unless he's not there. Hilarious!
