They’re not welcomed because they refuse to integrate in the first place. The majority come here and treat it like the same shithole they came from.
I’m more than happy to welcome people here who will live here with pride and respect our culture. But most just abuse the system.
Do the native English/ Brits want to integrate with the migrants who want to integrate with them though ???
It’s a two way street… in order to integrate you need to feel welcomed by the natives/ long term residents of the country.
