Words failing me as the dust settles on another @WeHaveWaysPod Festival, a mad event centred on my dearest friend @james1940 serving up wär wäffle in a safe space for the fellow Afflicted, the IC, the Stoic Club, the Very IC and so many others.
Sumptuous brain food, amazing spirit, a thousand new friends and a shedload of fabulous familiar faces. The Pacific War, Mers el Kebir, PWE, Philby's War, The Joy of Airfix, Hood vs Bismarck, Arnhem, Midshipmen at War, and so much more as well as the ENSA show ("good moaning"), the morning service, the odd refreshing drink.... a gigantic thanks to @GoalhangerHQ for organising and somehow getting me and Jim into the right places at the right times.
And the charitable effort too for @FinleysTouch staggering generosity from everyone in terms of money, time and good will. All the marches over the year, culminating in Paul Hicks walking from Oval to Blackpit, the Hawaiian Shirts, the Kitoff. I salute you all and remain in humble to dent to you all.
I didn't get the chance to take many photos as I was rushing about doing polite selfies mainly. Included for the modellers is some mud on a Sherman suspension.

🚨 More YouTube channels are being destroyed by bogus sexual content claims. 🚨
Seventy-three days ago, my 155K-subscriber WWII history channel was disabled overnight, and my 55K-subscriber channel was terminated.
The AI's reason? "Harmful content involving minors." 🚨
The reality? The videos contain nothing but 80-year-old grainy WWII footage of tanks, soldiers, and historical events.
⚠️ This sets a dangerous precedent.
Today it's history channels. Tomorrow it could be documentaries, educational content, travel, journalism, or other factual archives. Even larger channels aren't immune.
🚨 At a minimum, creators deserve a genuine human review before years of work are erased.

My entire channel is gone, and my account has been disabled 155,000 subscribers erased overnight.
People are now calling me a PDF file, because in their minds the channel “wasn’t deleted” even though you can clearly see that it was.

First, the channel was removed. Then, my entire account was disabled.
YouTube support bots claiming it was a Google product trigger, doesn't make a lick of sense when the channel was deleted first! The content that got flagged? Historical WWII footage. No nudity. No inappropriate intent.
