Been quiet on here. Not gone. Just busy in a way I couldn't post about yet. Short version. Got laid off early this summer. Spent months applying. Third round interviews. Fourth round interviews. Then a polite no on roles I know I would've crushed. Finally landed a leadership job. Started it. Dug in. Then a role I'd applied to before my first day came back with an offer I couldn't turn down. Better fit, truly. So yesterday was my last day at a job I started five weeks ago. Five weeks. And that team still got me a card and a bottle of wine. One of them wrote "will 10 bucks make you change your mind?" Almost did. That's where my time has been. Interviews, onboarding, an hour and a half commute each way, then doing it all over again. The lab posts are coming back. I've got a list. But first, my wife, my son and I are getting scuba certified. Coursework the past couple weekends. Open water dives this weekend up in the Crystal River area. Anyone else certified? Where's your favorite place to dive?

Dr. @alexdrilon at #WCLC26 presents 1L cohort of ARROS-1 trial of zidesamtinib in pts with ROS1 NSCLC. What a waterfall plot. RR 94% with 15% CR. mPFS not reached, PFS at 6m was 96% and at 12m was 90%. Intracranial RR 100%. In 78 pts who did not have brain metastases at baseline, no CNS events occurred to date. These are fantastic outcomes.
