@DIY_Kitchens so 4 years ago we fitted a DIY kitchen. It was fabulous. Service was great and product superb.
Having moved house we ordered another kitchen. Never ever again. Service has deteriorated to a point causing utter frustration. Never again.

So it’s happening again. So many times. First it doesn’t arrive as expected. Then it says bu 8pm. Then it says next 2 days. Then you get the save sorry it’s running late. Terrible terrible terrible service.
Ordered 19th with guaranteed next day delivery. We’re now looking at day 4 being the earliest. Reordered same items yesterday. Got them this morning. It’s happening so often. No benefits from Prime. Can’t return for refund as I don’t have them. Used to be so reliable.
@BritishGasHelp just moved to a house with smart meter. Energy supplied by British Gas. There is no in house display unit. Who do I speak to to get a replacement.
