My son broke his arm today so I took him out for ice cream and said he could get a LEGO set and we could build it together.
We went to Walmart.
Every single LEGO set, even ones that were $7.99, were locked up behind glass.
We walked down another isle… same thing.
Every single week I have walked in here and more items are locked up behind glass and it takes FOREVER to have anyone help you open something and they make you feel awful for it.
It’s honestly barely worth shopping here at all…
I felt so bad for my kid. We ended up just leaving without a LEGO set.
Whatever we are doing with society that has brought us here… it’s gotta end.
This is insane and it’s destroying childhood.

Trump and JD Vance want to pay stay-at-home parents so one spouse can raise the kids while the other works.
Not more daycare bureaucracy. Not another cottage industry living off single-mom subsidies. Actual help for married families that stay together.
Vance said the quiet part out loud: young kids are happier and healthier at home with a parent. Liberals treat that like hate speech.
