🎂 BRAVE-ish is THREE today! 🎉 Three years ago today, BRAVE-ish: One Breakup, Six Continents, and Feeling Fearless After Fifty arrived in the world. And honestly, it feels impossible to celebrate this birthday without thinking about how many people helped bring this book to life. I’m incredibly grateful to my agent Chip MacGregor, Debbie Englander and everyone at Post Hill Press, my developmental editor Ann Campbell and all the editors, publicists and PR people who helped shape, polish, promote and share this book. I’m grateful for the friends who took countless calls while I was writing and editing, listened to me talk through the 50 Before 50 project, encouraged me to keep going and celebrated the adventures along the way. And I’m grateful for every destination, tourism board, travel company, TV show, podcast host, journalist, editor, interviewer, bookseller, event organizer and reader who has given BRAVE-ish a place in their world. Three years, 12 book awards, countless adventures and SO many wonderful people later, I’m still amazed by the support this book has received.
