We’ve lost craftsmanship in Nigeria, people work to survive and not for perfection.

Can you pay Nigerian tilers enough to be able to do it, there is nothing a Nigeria professionals can't do but the employers are not ready to pay for it. They always know someone who can do it cheaper, sometimes they boycott the master for the apprentice because they are cheaper.

Do you think after learning all these, the tiler with the experience will charge the same price as that of the regular ones who don’t possess the ability? But a developer or home owner will always pick the cheaper option at all times. So do you think anyone would want to do that

While I concur to this caption , I still have an exception. Some tilers won't, some would do it when they know you won't accept otherwise. You no fit cut my tiles anyhow on site sha.
