Every day, we respond to the aggressor for its terror against our people and our country. There are new results from our warriors’ long-range responses. Last night, the Ilsky Oil Refinery in the Krasnodar region was hit. Our long-range capabilities were also effective in the Rostov region: a plant supplying the occupiers with components for missiles and artillery, as well as a Pantsir-S2 system, was struck. Our sanctions were also applied to logistics facilities supporting this war. There were also results in the Black Sea.
I thank the warriors of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Defense Forces of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Navy for their precision. I’m grateful to everyone who responds to Russia’s strikes on our people and takes this war back to where it came from.

I held a Staff meeting. Among the key issues were the results from testing our interceptors against Russian jet-powered “shahed” drones. The teams working on interceptions delivered reports on the shoot-down rate and their experience. We identified the main capabilities that can strengthen our defense. We are accelerating production. There are also new decisions on establishing in Ukraine the production of different types of jet engines.
The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine delivered a detailed report on Russia’s technological plans for 2027, specifically, the capabilities the enemy is counting on, its production capacity, and the supply networks it uses to bring components into Russia. We are adjusting our countermeasures in line with these threats. A priority task for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and our entire diplomatic service is securing new sanctions packages from our partners, specifically targeting the shadow networks the Russians use to sustain the production of drones and missiles, especially ballistic missiles.
Additional decisions were also made to protect our data centers and other facilities critical to communications and ensure their uninterrupted operation. These decisions must be fully implemented at every level. And this is the personal responsibility of government officials and the heads of the security services. Glory to Ukraine!

🇺🇦🤝🇬🇧 The United Kingdom has become Ukraine's first international partner whose defence companies will join Avengers Labs, a platform for training AI models for unmanned systems on real battlefield data.
Soon, up to 12 British companies will be able to train and test their AI models in Avengers Labs. Importantly, the data will stay within a secure environment only, with no way to download it or move it outside the system.
More than 30 Ukrainian defense companies currently use Avengers Labs, and three solutions developed there are already in use on the battlefield.
Now we are opening this technology platform to international cooperation. This will bring together Ukraine's combat experience and our partners' technological capabilities to jointly develop AI for unmanned systems.

The agreement on €6.6 billion under the European Peace Facility turns European solidarity into concrete defence capabilities for Ukraine.
€900 million will support EUMAM Ukraine, €1 billion will finance new joint procurement of military equipment, and €4.7 billion will reimburse Member States for previous military assistance.
We welcome the readiness of Member States to channel these reimbursements into further support for Ukraine. This is how every decision can generate the next round of military assistance.
Russia is trying to intimidate Europe into stepping back. Europe is doing the opposite: strengthening its defence, supporting Ukraine and investing in our shared security.
Grateful to @kajakallas and EU Member States for turning political resolve into military capability.
EU Member States have agreed on the terms for releasing €6.6 billion European Peace Facility funds for Ukraine.
That’s good news for Ukraine and bad news for Russia.
€900 million are for the EU’s Military Assistance Mission for Ukraine. €1 billion will fund new joint procurement of equipment. And €4.7 billion will reimburse Member States, with some already saying they will channel their share to Ukraine.
Moscow’s hybrid attacks try to intimidate Europe into scaling back its support for Ukraine. Europe is doing the opposite.

We are responding to Russia’s brutal strikes against life. Last night, thanks to our long-range sanctions, two oil refineries were hit – in Perm and Novoshakhtinsk. There were also hits on the Iskra Plant defense enterprise in Ulyanovsk, and the occupiers now have two fewer radar stations in the Rostov region. I thank our warriors and every unit involved for their accuracy and for systematically limiting Russia’s ability to kill. Glory to Ukraine!
