More details are emerging about just how far Jack Smith’s investigation went.
Investigators obtained phone records from more than a dozen Republican Members of Congress and secured gag orders that kept them from knowing.
Separate records show Smith’s team accessed private text messages involving 44 Members of Congress while apparently bypassing DOJ’s own filter process meant to protect privileged communications.

Zohran Mamdani’s administration reportedly utilizes a secret network of 200+ influencers who receive City Hall talking points, exclusive access, and content to push his agenda online.
NYC PR agencies are paying unnamed influencers as much as $20,000 per campaign, often with TAXPAYER dollars.

NEWS The Columbia Journalism Review investigation into Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s 200+ influencer network on Signal to push his socialist agenda and propaganda raises significant taxpayer transparency problems and social media policy violations. Signal chats can disappear, plus CJR found they are not labeling their TikTok or Instagram posts as paid promotional content which violates their policies. Also, taxpayers can’t see the names of these influencers and who they are and who else could possibly *be funding them.* Mamdani’s office refuses to fully disclose their names to CJR.
The network grew out of his campaign influencer group and is run by Mamdani aide Emilia Rowland. Influencers get exclusive access to City Hall, daily talking points and video clips, invitations to events and opportunities to interview city officials.
CJR found that some NYC agencies separately pay influencers $5,000–$20,000 per campaign through taxpayer-funded marketing contracts. The campaigns cover issues including healthcare, voting, immigration, tenants’ rights and composting.
Perhaps the most striking finding is the lack of transparency: City Hall has not provided the Signal group’s membership list, and procurement records don’t identify which individual influencers receive the money or how much they are paid. CJR identified 189 influencers with ties to the administration, while members said the Signal group has more than 200.

After an FBI investigation with our DOJ partners, Dr. Fauci’s associate, David Morens, just pleaded guilty to conspiracy in a scheme to avoid FOIA requests and the Federal Records Act connected to COVID-19 research grants.
The FBI uncovered that Morens, Co-Conspirator 1, Co-Conspirator 2, and others conspired during the COVID-19 pandemic to defraud the United States after the National Institutes of Health terminated Co-Conspirator 1’s grant.
NIH terminated the grant, “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence,” based on allegations that COVID-19 emerged from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in Wuhan, China.
Mr. Morens and his co-conspirators then agreed in writing to intentionally hide their communications from public view by corresponding through Morens’s personal Gmail account rather than his official NIH email account.
This FBI investigation remains ongoing. No one is above the law.

The National Academy of Sciences FINALLY pulled the biased climate science chapter from its scientific reference manual for federal judges, months after its taxpayer-funded partner Federal Judicial Center removed it.
The manual is SUPPOSED to help judges evaluate scientific evidence, but the climate chapter was written by climate activist plaintiffs.
This is the same manual Justice Elena Kagan wrote the foreword to (then testified she never even read) and President Donald Trump ordered an investigation into.
