v0.27.0 adds durable OpenAI Codex token refresh.
Rotated access and refresh tokens are encrypted in Postgres, survive restarts, and are coordinated across workers to prevent duplicate refreshes.

Multi-repo codebase environments now available (as of yesterday's v1.16.0 release)!
Define an environment with 1 or more repositories + default branches and then use it in sessions OR automations and the repos will be set up for working across all of them!

- Actual session search using pg_trgm
- Tags for sessions
- Filters on tags (+ user bookmarks/interactions)

One historical gap in @DevDeputies has been that to connect to external data sources, users needed to add custom tools (fork the codebase)
@RhysSullivan's executor․sh changes that!
v0.14.0 adds docs to use Executor to wire up ALL OF THE TOOLS! (Notion MCP shown as an example)
