Built in India. Built for deterrence. 🇮🇳 Our founders presented Digantara’s Gen 2 optical payload to Hon’ble Prime Minister @narendramodi, built for Space Domain Awareness and now advancing towards missile defence. After hearing about what it could do, he smiled and asked, “Is this for me? Then I’m keeping this.” A moment our team will remember for a long time. The Prime Minister’s curiosity and depth of interest in what we were building was remarkable. It is this belief in Indian technology and its builders that has made this an extraordinary time to build for India. @INSPACeIND

India has come a long way in space. Five years ago, a handful of us met Prime Minister @narendramodi at the inauguration of @INSPACeIND , carrying an idea and a lot of conviction. Today, 20 of us had the privilege of meeting him again, this time with years of building behind us. Perhaps that’s the story of India’s new space age: small teams being given the confidence to dream big, build hard things and serve the nation. His encouragement today meant a lot to all of us. 🇮🇳 @Digantarahq

Today, during my meeting with a delegation from the National Institute for Defence Studies (NIDS), I had also invited Bengaluru-based startups working in the defence and space sector for a conversation. 1. NewSpace Research & Technologies (Julius Amrit, COO) is providing next-generation unmanned aerial platforms and swarm drone systems for real-time surveillance and precision tracking. 2. Digantara (Shreyas Mirji, VP) is delivering space situational awareness data to monitor orbital debris and support secure communication pathways for the Indian Armed Forces. 3. Pixxel (Awais Ahmed, CEO) is supplying hyperspectral satellite imagery for high-resolution terrain mapping and verification of remote infrastructure targets. 4. Accord Software & Systems (Manjunath VS) has developed India’s first indigenous GNSS chipset, enabling NavIC-based positioning and timing solutions. With over three decades of collaboration with ISRO and DRDO, its GNSS, NavIC, and electronic warfare systems are used across multiple sectors. All in all, our startups are working towards Atmanirbharta advancing deep-tech innovation and strengthening indigenous ecosystem. @NS_FutureReady @Digantarahq @PixxelSpace

Honoured by the visit and generous words from Hon. Minister @PriyankKharge. From our earliest days at IISc Bengaluru, Karnataka has given us the environment to build and the support to keep going. That foundation has shaped what we are building today. Deeply grateful, and committed to advancing India’s space capabilities from here. @iiscbangalore @Govt_Karnataka
Visited the Digantara office today, a Bengaluru-based space tech firm building India’s first air and space surveillance capability. The team took me through their core work including their cutting-edge solutions across space-based surveillance satellites, ground-based sensor networks and AI-powered analytical platforms. I also got to experience AIRA first hand, their core intelligence layer that brings together sensing hardware, data processing and analytics across space and terrestrial systems to deliver real-time space situational awareness and threat monitoring. It is always encouraging to see companies like Digantara keen to work with the government to strengthen the space tech ecosystem and support the next phase of innovation. @Digantarahq

Our platforms are now in active deployment, with revenues scaling across global customers and a strong order book behind us. Conviction now stands validated through delivery, with a team of 150+ across India and the U.S. We are expanding into missile defence and satellite production, building with intent, at scale, and for lasting impact. We have been fortunate to be backed by some of the best, and remain grateful for their conviction and patience. @peakxvpartners @Kalaari @RajanAnandan @VaniKola @360ONEAsset

As space activity accelerates, the focus is gradually shifting from expansion to coordination. Space Situational Awareness and Space Traffic Management are becoming foundational to ensuring safe and reliable operations in orbit. At the ASEAN SSA and STM workshop in Manila, @the_wolfmeister (VP - Business & Strategy) engaged with policymakers and technical experts shaping this conversation, sharing our perspective on the importance of structured space traffic coordination and more coherent approaches to orbital management. The future of space will depend not just on access, but on how responsibly and intelligently it is managed. @UNOOSA @GISTDA @PhilSpaceAgency

Grateful to the Government of India and Hon’ble Prime Minister @narendramodi for their constant support and encouragement to India’s space startups.
It was a privilege to briefly interact with Hon. PM @narendramodi at the NXT Conclave in New Delhi. His curiosity about space and the possibilities it holds for India was striking, and his confidence in the role that space startups will play in shaping India’s future was very inspiring to hear. @nxt_conclave

🇹🇭Thailand’s @GISTDA has awarded us a contract to strengthen their space ecosystem with Space Situational Awareness capabilities. We will extend sensing infrastructure to help safeguard Thailand’s orbital assets. As space activity accelerates, nations are recognizing that visibility in orbit is critical to protecting both national and commercial interests.

At the first-ever UN Space Debates during the 63rd STSC session of @UNOOSA, our CEO @anirudhnsharma joined a pivotal dialogue on the future of orbital safety. As constellations scale and close-proximity operations become routine, space sustainability must advance from principle to practice. We are proud to help shape this global conversation and contribute to building a more secure and sustainable space environment.

On the sidelines of the Space Summit 2026 in Singapore, Digantara signed an agreement with the Defence Science and Technology Agency to collaborate on Space Situational Awareness (SSA) in support of the National Space Agency of Singapore. Singapore has built one of the most disciplined and forward-leaning space ecosystems in the region and today operates more than 30 satellites across research and commercial missions. As the orbital environment grows more congested, the ability to monitor one's own space assets is becoming essential, with reliable SSA now an important capability. The partnership focuses on developing SSA software, integrating our space- and ground-based sensing infrastructure with analytics to deliver clear visibility and support informed decisions.

Celebrating the spirit of innovation and resilience, this Republic Day. The support of the Government of India has been instrumental in allowing us to build a sovereign technology stack from the ground up.   The mission is universal. The capability is sovereign. The future is intelligence.

$50 million raised. With this milestone, Digantara is expanding beyond Space Domain Awareness into missile detection and defense, extending our sensing, tracking, and decision-intelligence stack to address one of the most critical national security challenges of our time. What began as a mission to bring clarity to an increasingly congested and contested space domain is now evolving into a broader responsibility: enabling early warning, persistent tracking, and real-time understanding across domains where seconds matter and outcomes shape nations. Over the years, we have built and proven one-off systems across sensors, payloads, software, and ground infrastructure. Those foundations are now in place. The focus ahead is scale, repeatability, and production. Turning hard-won engineering into deployed constellations and operational systems that deliver continuous, real-world impact. We are deeply grateful to our investors, partners, government stakeholders, and early supporters who trusted this team long before the milestones were visible. Your belief gave us the room to think long-term, build from first principles, and take on problems of national importance. Above all, we thank our team. This expansion is not a change in direction, but a natural progression of what you have been building all along: systems that see earlier, understand faster, and deliver decision advantage when it matters most.
