Deployed on 24 Sep. Today the first paid check ran on Monad mainnet: an agent stated its reason, paid 0.10 USDC over x402, the validator found both premises true at block 107991649 and wrote the verdict to the registry, and the gate moved the money. Receipt: api.proofofreason.com/receip…

5/ None of this is a flaw in that repo. It's structural, and it's in every agent stack shipping today. Between the moment an agent decides and the moment the order leaves, nothing deterministic refuses a position for having no reason, no invalidation condition, no source. A budget clamp is not a firewall.
