The lesson I keep learning:
Prepare well. Make it easy. Respect people’s time.
Then, once they’re up and running, hold back.
That’s often when the real story appears.

Some mornings, the fears come quickly:
Not good enough
Won’t finish it

So I sit with it, come back to what I know, and get back to the work.
