During Whiffin’s direct testimony he talked about how he did testing with an iPhone while driving on different roads *around the town where he lives* where he was able to get the phone to think that he was going up stairs. But then during cross examination Alessi asked Whiffin if he ever did any testing while driving *on the road in Canton that the CW claims caused the stair data* and Whiffin said that he did just a couple days ago when he got to town so Alessi asks him what the results of his testing were but Brennan objected and asked for a sidebar and then when they got back from sidebar Alessi had to move on to a different subject.
So Whiffin used testing on completely different roads in a different country to “prove” that it was possible that an iPhone could think that you’re going up stairs while driving on a hill.
Correct. He also testified that he did a test the day before he testified using his phone, and claimed that the Apple Health data on his phone showed he also went up flights of stairs while driving on the same path John and Karen drove. He never showed these results in court. Just a "trust me bro."

The McAlberts have not sent a subpoena to @HowieCarrShow, despite his personal relationship with Karen Read, her lawyer, likely voluminous communications, and the fact that he hosted me every day to rip the McAlberts for both trials and he has repeatedly stated that she is innocent and they are guilty, and the fact that he wrote and profited off of a book about the case. But they have sent a subpoena to a sassy gay comedian who made a joke about Julie Nagel being a pig roast. Very serious lawsuit.

The McAlberts are so desperate that they are deposing a comedian known for dressing up as the judge and cracking jokes about all parties (including Karen Read) involved in the Read trial, and engaging in online drama involving LOL cows. They are deposing many other content creators who I will not name at this time unless they want to post about it. The basis of their lawsuit is the very sane belief that the laws of physics ceased to exist on Brian Albert's front lawn, that Karen Read knows she killed John O'Keefe, that she told me she did and recruited me to lie for her in order to affect public opinion, and that she and I then recruited other random people on YouTube to amplify this message. Their lawsuit is on life support, and is strictly designed to drain resources from FKR supporters, and scare people from discussing what happened inside Brian Albert's house on the morning of January 29, 2022. It will backfire, because you all will never let that happen, as they continue to put a bigger spotlight on themselves.

Ian Whiffin testified that the location data on John's phone showed a circle that could've put the phone inside Brian Albert's house. He also testified that being inside a building could affect location data accuracy. Now we see Jen McCabe's cell phone data from that same time which shows a radius that also barely goes inside Brian Albert's house. If anything, her data shows she is further from the house than John O'Keefe's was. Jen fully admits that she was inside the house, which means that if she was in there, then so was John.
And here's a video of John O'Keefe's (RED) and Jen McCabe's (BLUE) cellphone pings between 12:15AM and 6:15AM on 1/29/22.
