Meet MAGAt and registered Republican Spencer David Greendyke, a 69-year-old former orthopedic surgeon from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, who used his position of trust to run a massive, decades-long operation violating the privacy of his employees and their families. As the owner of River's Edge Orthotics, Greendyke was arrested on April 5, 2024, after a staff member discovered a hidden camera disguised inside an office restroom. A subsequent digital forensics investigation by local police uncovered more than 800 illicitly recorded videos spanning a 15-to-20-year period, filmed secretly at both his medical clinic and his private residence. Because the staff restroom was also used by the minor children of his employees, the discovery launched an intensive criminal investigation into child exploitation and video voyeurism. On January 3, 2025, Greendyke avoided a trial by pleading guilty to 11 felony counts of video voyeurism. Due to Idaho's strict five-year statute of limitations on these offenses, prosecutors were only legally permitted to bring charges for the evidence captured from 2019 onward, leaving dozens of victims from earlier years without direct criminal charges. On April 4, 2025, First District Judge Ross Pittman handed down a heavy sentence, condemning Greendyke to 40 years in state prison. Under the terms of the sentence, he must serve a minimum of 20 years behind bars before he is eligible to apply for parole. In addition to his multi-decade prison term, Greendyke is legally mandated to register as a lifetime sex offender upon any potential future release, while also facing a major civil lawsuit filed by 16 anonymous plaintiffs including former employees and their children.
