The issue is not who’s on the board of Open AI and who isn’t. The issue is that power brokers are deciding who guides humanity’s future behind closed doors. I am in favour of developing stronger AI and aligning it for human flourishing, but I think it should be done openly.

If Americans had to listen to Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson once a year to maintain their citizenship, the world would be a better place.
