Surprised the share is (still) this low. But I suspect it’s because the greater use is to get around the cold start problem - that period of time when you just stare at a blank sheet and don’t know what to write. Also you really can train a model to get as close to your voice as possible.
Because there’s no way the vast majority of politicians still enjoy doing this part of their job.
My latest for @TheEconomist: AI writing is taking over politics.
10% of what was is said in Parliament is now AI-drafted, per Pangram. Yet more in the House of Representatives, or in Australia and Canada.
