Anyone know anything about sulodexide for treating endothelial dysfunction? It’s only available in Italy, where it’s over the counter.

Hi all - I have a patient in France who I manage remotely who I recommended sulodexide as an alternative to my preferred drug, pentoxifyline, which apparently is not available there. It works as an anti-thrombotic, anti-inflammatory, endothelial protective agent.

This patient is just starting on it and has been sick a very long time so will have to see. Additionally, it’s part of a very complex regiment I constructed so there are other variables in play as well. With respect to pentoxifyline - much success. I posted about it on my page.
