Ever notice how TCG collectors enter the hobby ripping everything they have and slowly turn into sealed collectors. The evolution is real.

I couldn’t care less about what Pokemon is doing on modern print runs. Perfect Order sitting around MSRP all day is an absolute no brainer for me. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Perfect Order is an amazing set! It will age so well. Keep in mind when I talk about sealed, I am thinking 10-20 years out.

No Pokemon Center drop for Delta Reign this week. I’m Suprised tbh. Thought they would ride the hype train into the next set.

Back to Greninja from Chaos Rising. I’m hyper focused on this card because I thought it was winning art from the reveal day. Currently sitting at $160 it looks like we have hit absolute rock bottom. One of the most popular Pokemon characters in the youths opinion (only opinion that matters for long term collectors). Also one of the best pieces of artwork on a card. The future for this card looks extremely bright imo and it feels like now is the time to make a substantial position. Do what you will with this information, but I believe there is opportunity at this moment for one of the best, very modern, chase cards. What do you think?

I have no respect for rage baiting scalpers on this app. Actual scum of the internet. People that say they are good for the hobby can fall in line as well. Starting to feel the same for rip and shippers. I don’t trust’em 🤷🏼‍♂️ My favorite accounts are the ones showing off their new card added to the PC, people with good market analysis, and those that appreciate a good swirl.

What I learned from the Pokemon 30th Anniversary set: When you make things really sparkly… People go nuts for that.

It’s going to kill me going back to normal pull rates.

Absolutely FINANCIAL ADVICE! While all attention is directed towards Pokemon's 30th set, we have tunnel vision. In the way that is allowing ourselves to miss massive deals out there. If you are looking to build your sealed collection, let me direct your attention to opportunity that I believe won't last that long. The very first thing that catches my eye is Perfect Order Booster boxes sitting at MSRP. At this very moment you can purchase one practically anywhere, for around $160-$170. This set doesn't have the all the big name pokemon that bring attention to a set. BUT it has cards that will age extremely well. Cards that just get overlooked due to everything else before this set and after it. The next set I notice is Battle Styles sitting under $300. You can pick one up around the $280 mark. Any Sword and Shield set should not be under $400 minimum! I don't think this lasts much longer and once attention goes back to everything other than the 30th collection we will start to see momentum on era's that are NO LONGER BEING PRINTED. There will never be anymore of these leaving the printing factory. This is the only booster box under three hundred from this era. Next I would like to point your attention to one of the earlier sets out of the Scarlet and Violet era, Paradox Rift. Probably not the sexiest booster box to pick up, but thats partly the point here. Sealed collecting works best when you are buying the set people aren't currently obsessing over. Sitting at about $275 a box this seems like a no brainer if you are trying to build your sealed position. Lastly I want to talk about Journey Together. A set everyone watches, waiting for a good opportunity. Everyone knows this one is a great deal at $225 for a booster box, but never pick it up because something new coming out every other month and the hype train is leading you further and further away from a great opportunity. It's a very unique set and just deserves to break the $275-$300 mark in the near future. Take what you want from this information. Happy collecting.
