Good morning everyone, especially to $NBIS longs. Always nice to see Nebius employees who seem to get our hyperscaler thesis. I mean, you’d hope they do. I like this energy.
Yuri Ivanov, AI Infrastructure Advisor at $NBIS: “We are a ‘start-up’ with BIG energy. We are NOT a Neocloud. We are a hyperscaler in the making that is purpose built for AI (not retrofitted). We are a full stack solution for AI compute from end to end backed by 900+ of the worlds most talented engineers, a marketing team that has the skill to showcase the vision of our elite platform and of course… the most bad @$$ sales team in tech.” Proper hyperscaler energy 🔥

$AMZ runs the biggest cloud on earth - and it just locked in a decade of chips from a phone chipmaker to guarantee it won't run out of compute. (Well hello $NBIS). Up to $60B to Qualcomm through 2036 for custom AI inference silicon and 1.6 Tbps optical. And Qualcomm handed Amazon warrants on up to 25M shares at $161.26 to get it, vesting only as Amazon actually buys. When the company that already designs its own AI chips is still hedging its capacity, that's the tell. This is the pattern now: hyperscalers leasing from neoclouds, neoclouds selling back to hyperscalers, AI labs signing gigawatts before the concrete is poured. Nobody believes there's enough. Everybody is trying to lock in supply before the next guy does. That's the whole reason I own Nebius. Not the AI story, the scarcity story. The bottleneck isn't ideas or models. It's power, packaging and racks that physically exist. The people who own that capacity get to name their price. Amazon just told you what it's worth to not be short of it.

Is there any financial data about about the Palantir deal as to what it may add to the top line numbers? $palantir $nebius $neoclouds $cnbc $AIstocks

However, my main point is that websites were not about destruction of the workforce and thus the consumer. The capex spend is nowhere near comparable. There was no cloud, no data centres. AI is also very aware of its own bubble potential, so pulls back and takes breathers. 🍻

Does food supply then get reduced or healthcare availability lowered? If so, this gradually lowers population size, and human expense (waste in minds of controlling AI) Lower food supplies - what may happen then? Anarchy? Cannibalism? AI is a material risk to human existence

Local business around business parks go out of business and people can’t afford to dine out, causing a collapse in local economies. If AI sits in pension systems, what will its approach be with the elderly? Or people generally in time. ‘People are useless, not just old ones’

There are more variables to it than this, whilst totally agreeing with your analysis, akin to George Soros - cognitive and manipulative bias. Also have to remember share count is changing. 100 bucks vs 2,000,000 shares, is very different to 100 bucks vs 2.5m shares.
