Amid increasing conflicts around the world, my message to world leaders at #UNGA today: We must defend the Charter without double standards. Protect civilians without exception. Ensure humanitarian access without obstruction. Shield humanitarian personnel without fail. Advance nuclear non‑proliferation & disarmament without delay. And demand accountability without fear or favour.
