I however, expect that the decision be tested properly so that we can have a final pronouncement on the matter
RECALL: J.K GADZAMA, SAN approached the Federal High Court for judicial review of the direction of the LPDC which recommended his suspension.
Today, Federal High Court sitting in Abuja set aside the suspension of J.K Gadzama SAN.
That no standing appeal committee is unconstitutional and can not be enforced until there's a body to appeal to.
He is in the free as it stands now 😒
Seems LPDC directions now will have no effect up until a proper appeal mechanism is in place?????
