I am also proud that individual members of the California Lawyers Association’s Delegation to the ABA House of Delegates Beth Whittenbury, Ireneo Reus, and Michaela Posner, were lined up to speak, or did speak, on Resolutions of importance to our legal profession.

I was proud that CLA, through its President Jeremy Evans, authorized our Delegation to the ABA House of Delegates to support Resolution 402 barring the sharing of attorney ownership or fees with nonlawyers. That Resolution passed the House, reaffirming the importance of that bar.
