4 of the most common mistakes entrepreneurs make 👨🏻‍💻 1- Taking advice or mentorship from people that have never succeeded in the field they are advising on. 2- Launching a product or service without conducting proper market research to confirm that real customer demand exists. 3- Lacking the grit, discipline and commitment to the ups and downs that come with the unknown. 4- Team trust. The ability for a team to trust that each member is the best fit to make decisions in their field of expertise. This applies to your venture, and ventures you “invest” into.

Napkin “success equation” terms Definitions/descriptions 😂👇🏼 - Asymmetric Opportunity: How much more valuable the outcome is if it works versus the capital/time you put at risk. Crypto still rewards this more than most industries. - Timing: Cycle position + narrative window. Being early on a real use-case and a story the market wants to hear. - Execution: Shipping something people actually use, not just a speculative Value prop. - Value Capture: Paying customer, Market share. - Friction: Regulation, security incidents, UX pain, listings, compliance. - Dilution: Your competition and their products/services. - Attention Decay: How fast the market moves on. Most projects die from this, not from a single catastrophic event.

The world and everything in it runs on incentivized desired outcomes. Not doing so instantly disqualifies you as a competitor. (in business) See you at work 💪🏼

There are conditions to “Winning” in life, the same as there is conditioning to win in sports. Winning is never coincidental, Winning is the result of deliberate pursuit. See you at work 💪🏼

Some projects raise funds first, than build in public to validate their demand. Other companies self fund MVP development privately while validating demand via everyday participation in existing markets. Two roads that potentially lead to the same place with pros and cons. 🚀

🤔 Random Thought #00761 I’d be throwing every frontier model at my codebase, it’s probably cheaper to internally try to crack your own than to get exploited.

Since @alphagrowth1 released the report. Keep your eyes peeled for rebranded accounts or new accounts that all of the sudden are working on “Missing primitives” or projects to fill those gaps. The grift continues. 🙄

Good to see domain experts @alphagrowth1 putting a plan in place. It’s not personal, it’s the viable market the chain has been failing to prioritize. 👇🏼
The Cardano DeFi Ecosystem Audit is complete. 25 categories. Five scoring dimensions. Two reference ecosystems. It is the Phase 1 core deliverable of the @Cardano PRIME program, and it sets the baseline for everything that follows. Here is where Cardano stands.

I guess I really did held the people together, it’s a full on ghost town for real now. Unless it is about grifting funding for what ever unrealistic rocket science project…. No one shows up. Personally evolving, not a good bye. See you at work 💪🏼

Respectfully…. Once you take a couple weeks off CT and your preferred blockchain cult; You realize how insane some of the stuff that’s normalized really is.

Unpopular Opinion #937327 The clarity act failed because a political party wouldn’t agree to conditions that would mitigate insider trading and corruption. 😂

To be honest….. The industry isn’t ready for regulation. i see 90% of everything you know shutting down due tot he compliance burden that would come from regulation. feel lucky it didn’t pass and maybe you and your venture have a bit more time to try strengthen your operation before your faces with the financial burden compliance will bring. I’ve been sharing my previous experience in the cannabis industry over the years and it’s playing out exactly as preached. 🫶🏽
