I've become more consistent and intentional in my work, with a clearer purpose behind how I work, review, and improve. Outside of League, completing an Ironman 70.3 and a 50 km ultramarathon which pushed me to build sustainable habits and a level of discipline I'd never maintained before. This process has reinforced the importance of showing up consistently and putting in focused work, which I've also brought into my approach to League.
