Lot of players don't realise this. When you are -9 a 10f takes 1f to connect. It leads to 2 scenarios
1. Pressed b too slow (or delay)
2. Pressed b,b too soon. First b is pressed in blockstun leaving you neutral for 1 to 3 frames before you hit the 2nd b input leaving you open.
lost because i got hit while holding back on -9 which allowed reina to put me in her stance blender 👍
