For the rioters, evidently, their allegiance is not to France, or to the French people. Where does their loyalty truly lie? Their clan. The civilised world’s response must reflect that. Those convicted for arson, organised violence, and attacks on innocent people must face substantial prison sentences - foreign nationals involved must be removed. Citizenships stripped from dual nationals, obviously. Mass deportations. Act before they do. And in exceptional cases, I would go further. A Restore Britain Government will develop bilateral agreements and mechanisms with third countries to accept second-generation migrant offenders convicted of domestic terrorism and other such serious crimes, who, for now, hold only British citizenship. There will be no statelessness. It will be conducted fairly, and it will cost, but it will be done, and a message will be sent. The French should do the same. If you burn down a city, terrorise law-abiding citizens and torch the society around you - there will be consequences worthy of the crime. And if your allegiance lies elsewhere, and you demonstrate that through terrorism or extreme violence, a Restore Britain Government will send you to the country you claim allegiance to - if that's where your loyalty lies, we will aim to make that a reality. Britain is just a few short years behind France. We’ve had our warning - we must take it.

Timothy Miller, 76, told a district judge he was the subject of an 'unlawful arrest' during last month's protest in Portsmouth. He denied wearing 'a burqa to conceal your identity' at the demonstration on September 12 – ahead of which police had warned they would arrest participants wearing face masks and coverings. Miller appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court wearing a burqa and carrying a black handbag and orange folder. 'I have never ever heard of anyone being questioned about their religion. How can this be possible?' Judge Apted said: 'I am only asking you this question because my function is to manage this case. I need to identify what the real issues are in this case.' He continued: 'You need to prove that you were wearing these items for religious observance. That is going to require some evidence.' Miller said: 'In my mind it was unlawful arrest. I complied with everything. 'I am on every single camera. I presented myself to these cameras. 'I was never once asked to remove my facial covering. We've received information that men from RAF Wethersfield are regularly purchasing £25–£50 Google Play gift cards from a shop in Braintree. Different men, different days, several times a week. Some are reportedly paying with Home Office-funded ASPEN cards, while others are using cash. So I decided to look into why these gift cards might be purchased. And here's what I found. 🔴 THE BBC INVESTIGATED PEOPLE-SMUGGLING PAYMENTS In May 2026, the BBC exposed how people smugglers were directing payments through UK businesses, including a London mobile phone shop where almost £3,000 could reportedly be transferred to a smuggler in France. 🔴 GOOGLE PLAY CARDS HAVE BEEN USED IN MONEY LAUNDERING A ProPublica investigation exposed an international fraud operation involving millions of dollars, where stolen gift-card balances were converted into Google Play and other gift cards and sold through intermediaries. 🔴 EVEN THE HOME OFFICE WARNS ABOUT DIGITAL VOUCHERS Government guidance specifically warns that criminals involved in immigration scams request payments using digital vouchers because the money can be difficult to trace.
