1/Randomized studies (AFFIRM, RACE, STAF, CABANA) have shown no mortality benefit to a strategy of SR maintenance. Mortality benefit in EAST-AFNET4 was small (0.3%). Even PFA has potentially serious complications (1 death in ADVENT). #EHRAchat
