Shades of Survival 🎬
Every body deserves to be seen, heard and fought for, yet global statistics show that women of colour are on the bottom of the pyramid when it comes to health equity.
If we get it right for black women, we get it right for everyone ❤️

Just listening to the GLITTER album in the car and I don't care what anyone says, the Queen @MariahCarey gave us some gems on there - not forgetting the most epic vocal run of her ENTIRE career in Lead The Way 💅

Could @British_Airways please add Guyana to their Avios reward flights. I have asked over and over again and noone in customer service can tell me why they are not included?

So @StrangeLoopLDN was a show that changed my life as an actor and black, gay man. Imagine my elation to hear that the show was nominated for Best New Musical at this year's @OlivierAwards . However it has been painful to learn that no one from the cast has been invited to attend

The show's message was about inclusivity and visibility. The @OlivierAwards is arguably the most important night of celebration for the theatre community so for us to be excluded feels like a glaring oversight. #sameoldstory

On my way to @MountviewLDN to teach Acting Through Song to their current students. I honestly wouldn’t have enjoyed the career I’ve had had I not gone there, so it’s so exciting to be back at the place where it all started and be able to ‘give back’!

I just signed the petition calling on Paula Vennells, the former CEO of the Post Office to be stripped of her CBE. Will you sign too? 38d.gs/postoffice_cbe_x #MrBatesVSThePostOffice
