I have a case of influenza. Possibly due to last yearβs flu shot or to good luck. (I havenβt had this years flu shot yet as Iβm waiting to get Covid at the same time.)
I feel like crap but I have no sever respiratory or gastro symptoms. Yeah me.

We took my newborn child into the pediatrician for her 12 month checkup in 2021.
We were getting her the next set of vaccines but we wanted to slow down the schedule and we definitely didnβt want the Covid vaccine. My wife being a nurse and I being a former paramedic, asked them to bring the vials in the room so we can watch them draw up the vaccines.
They threw an absolute fit. You would have thought I had called them every racial epithet imaginable.
They finally obliged us after a huge fight and we got the physician involved and a superviser.
1 year later we find out nurses had been vaccinating children for Covid without advising the parents they were doing it.
