The governor declares she is looking forward “to continue working in partnership with the mayor on matters of mutual interest.”
Translation: She will gladly create new taxes after the election is over.
Election Day is an opportunity to reject the tax-and-spend mentality of NY Democrats.
It’s an honor to be your voice in Albany. As a lifelong Long Islander, I'm proud to serve our community.
I believe it’s the job of every elected official to provide strong schools, safe streets, quality health care & clean communities.
That’s the NY I grew up in and it’s what we need to get back to!
TGIFU (Thank God It’s the Financial Update).
The state’s mid-year financial picture is out. Info on revenue, out-year budget gaps, spending assessments.
Spoiler alert: We don’t have a revenue problem. We have a spending problem.
New York state is swimming in cash.
The state Division of the Budget increased its projected tax revenue by $8.1 billion for the current fiscal year, and slashed projected gaps going forward.

An approach that builds up nuclear and incorporates proven energy sources is one echoed by the @NYS_AM.
The rebate checks are behind us. It’s time to get serious about bringing down costs and strengthening the grid.

Today, we honor our brave and dedicated law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS and paramedics for keeping all of us safe.
When the call for help comes, they run toward the danger. Every time.
On National First Responders Day, thank you for your service.
.@GovKathyHochul on @JuliaSalazar__ assertion that @NYCMayor should expect Hochul to pay him back in Albany next yr for campaign help.
Hochul: “A year ago I was campaigning with him…he’s returning the favor…There are no quid pro quos.”
Doesn’t give definite “no” on new taxes.
Congestion Pricing isn’t a policy, it’s a shakedown.
And the price is going up soon. ($12 in 2028, $15 in 2031)
Long Island drivers &suburban commuters shouldn’t be treated as an ATM to fund a chronically mismanaged MTA.
Another example of why we need change in Albany.
Most NYers are looking for a more affordable state, a safer community, lower energy bills & a reliable power grid.
The @NYS_AM completely agrees.
Changing course starts at the ballot box.

Democrats aren’t being shy about their 2027 plan: New taxes are coming.
For NYC liberals determined to spend money they don’t have, the highest taxes in the U.S. will never be high enough.

Early voting in New York starts today!
You don’t have to wait until Election Day to hit the polls and make your voice heard.
Cast your vote for Republican candidates working to make New York a more affordable place to live.
It was great to join many friends and neighbors at a fundraiser in support of Rob Bonomolo.
Rob is a lifelong resident, union labor leader, and community volunteer who will make a great Assemblyman. It’s always inspiring to see our community come together to support someone dedicated to serving others.
2 DAYS until early voting begins!
It's time for a safer, more affordable New York.
I'm Bruce Blakeman, and I'm ready to put New Yorkers FIRST.
Early voting starts on Saturday. Make your plan to vote!
Hochul watered-down a watered-down bill & signed it in a county where vol. firefighters now can't receive the full benefits legislators gave them.

Saturday was the 7th murder in NYC’s public transportation system in 2026 – that’s nearly twice as many as last year.
Fearing for your life while trying to commute to work and get around town isn't how we should live.
Earlier this year, I stood outside the Capitol to call attention the public transportation safety crisis and introduced the “Ride Safe, Ride Secure” legislative package.
It is about restoring rider confidence and increasing penalties for criminal offenders to curb this rising violence.
Reminder to Capitol scribes: Democrats sat on this bill for years. It was collecting dust until @JosephAngelino forced a vote on a more generous GOP bill to help first responders. Dems voted No.
Weeks of public pressure & bad press shamed them into action. #Bipartisanshipnewsday.com/long-island/poli…
City of Albany Democrats ran up a $55 million budget gap, have leaned on state budget bailouts, and their solution is to tax non-residents already contributing to the local economy.
A privilege to earn the support of the Uniformed Fire Officers Association.
These officers embody courage & selflessness, leading our fire departments & bravely keeping our communities safe. Thank you for your leadership and your vote of confidence.
Proud to deliver & share support to the firefighters who choose to run toward danger & save lives.
New Yorkers pay some of the nation’s highest energy costs. Decisions made in Albany have real-world consequences.
We need an energy plan that prioritizes affordability & grid reliability.
The @NYS_AM put forward ideas that would do both, read more at: nygoppolicy.com/energyclimat…
Energy siting decisions that impact towns & villages shouldn’t be decided by un-elected Albany bureaucrats who override local zoning, planning and community voices.
“The state, a few years ago, took away home rule in reviewing and siting these large-scale wind projects — renewable-energy projects in general — so there's no local input. Without local input, how could you determine that they're appropriately sited?”
