ATTENTION ARTISTS! I am very excited to announce that I will be hosting a $500 SPIDER-SAI ART CONTEST! What is Spider-Sai, for those who don't follow me? It's a fan ship between Spider-Man (Peter Parker) and Psylocke (Sai), which began through Marvel Rivals. The objective is simple! Draw Peter and Sai doing whatever you want and however you want, as long as you follow these rules: Rule #1: PETER AND SAI NO Miles Morales, Miguel O'Hara, or any other spider-person, and NO Betsy Braddock or Kwannon. For those who are unsure of the difference between the three Psylockes, this brief explanation might help you. x.com/EggheadCobra/status/19… Rule #2: OTHER MARVEL CHARACTERS You may include any other Marvel character, as long as Peter and Sai are the primary focus. Miles, Miguel, Betsy, Kwannon, and all spider-people are eligible for this rule. MARVEL CHARACTERS ONLY. Rule #3: OUTFITS Peter and Sai cannot wear outfits that are offensive, explicit, sensitive, or from other franchises. Besides that, you are free to dress them as you like (Canon, Marvel Rivals skins, casual, or original hero outfits), as long as it's clear that it's Peter and Sai wearing those outfits. You can even make them wear other Marvel characters' outfits if you like. Rule #4: FORBIDDEN ENTRIES Offensive, explicit, sensitive, violent, erotic, personal attacks, ship bashing, and political/real world issues. Rule #5: ONE ENTRY PER ARTIST Your Twitter/X account must be at least 6 months old. And no alt accounts. Rule #6: YOU MUST PUT THE #spidersai AND #artcontest HASHTAGS IN YOUR POST You may include other hashtags, but these two are required. Rule #7: PRIZE MONEY WILL BE SENT THROUGH PAYPAL If you do not have access to PayPal, your entry will not be eligible. Rule #8: YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO ENTER Rule #9: 2D ART ONLY This was a tough one, but as a 3D artist myself (3D model poser to be exact), 2D and 3D art fall under very different technical and execution standards, and it's difficult balancing both of them under the same contest. To my fellow 3D artists and model posers, I am truly sorry. HOWEVER, you are still eligible to submit a 2D entry. Rule #10: NO AI In order to ensure that every entry is legitimate, you must provide a timelapse, or images of your progress, along with your entry.
