My favourite bit of Cyberpunk lore is that an analogue to the Sanrio company exists and sells hellokitty-esque weapons and equipment in cutesy colours. Sanroo - HelloCutie! Either that or that vibrant skin colours aren't the weirdest body mods that people walk around with and are considered normal, people with elf ears or full on furry bio-scupts are not uncommon. It's a shame that 2077 misses out all the weird like the poser gangs that all biosculpt themselves to look like famous people, the sheer number of clowns etc. But so much had to be scaled back to make the game work. Let's not even talk about how big the theme park in Pacifica should be.

Absolutely loved Edgerunners 2, my only gripe is that netrunners generate so much heat that they have to ice bath or end up like Songbird. Even with advanced AI, it should burn out the user unless they’re specced for netrunning. Neither D nor Talia have to deal with any drawbacks of intense netrunning and essentially get overclocked with no damage. Then again, Im putting the ending down to Trigger going full anime and the super powers being a delusion rather than actual canon? The fact that all videos of it going down have been wiped means [ redacted ] doesn’t have to be justified in the next game?

Didn't pick up a huge amount at VeXpo this year but the prints I did get are beautiful, two had to go up in our tavern as they look like playbills / posters for bard performances. I'll have to sneak some of the other parts around the room too >:3

VeXpo was filled with fun and meeting heroes and friends! It was an honour to create that experience for others, and @esmesilverthorn got to surprise some friends and viewers! A wonderful person who made a mark on our day; I hope we can meet in person next time!

OH! I need to post the con haul soon but I didn't bring the stuff we bought back with me. Expect tavern pix in the future with some of the prints! :D

A little #Vexpo2026 as I'm sure I'll talk about it more on stream later in the week- It was so good to see so many familiar faces and to meet so many new people and put faces to the voices I've known for a long while. Line con was no joke (we were there for about 4 hours), but I'm sure that's being worked on for next time. I'm sure there are better systems then having to print then manually peal and stick names to badges one by one. Seeing the volunteers rotated more frequently meant everyone looked a lot happier and more alive too so I'm glad to see that. Train delays were a nightmare on the way home as were people trying to cram onto trains, that was an experience in and of itself. All in all though, an amazing experience and I'm really happy to have been back. Now though a little recovery before we return to streaming~
