Strong start yesterday to a busy week – If you're in Cologne and want to meet, I'm here through Friday morning.

Today, Enduring Games celebrates 7 years. I am grateful to be surrounded by a group of craftspeople who live & demonstrate the values, expectations, and quality making our studio something special. Each anniversary, I walk the company through our history and accomplishments. Today was a 7-year timeline, 90 representative projects, 6 new platforms, a new codename theme, a new upcoming project, our philanthropic initiatives, why what we do & how we do it matters, and where we are going next. Look forward to new announcements, more investments, and some publishing as we head into this next year. Thank you to my team, past & present, and to the people at our Partners. Companies are containers, and it is the talented, passionate individuals inside that make all of this worth so much.

3 weeks to San Diego Comic-Con! One of my favorite entertainment power hub shows, and an opportunity to connect my comic book, video game, movie, TV, streaming, hard goods, & other pop culture industry folks. Let's get pre-work knocked out, & together make SDCC big this year.

Great week at Unreal Fest, consistently one of the best of my focused developer events. Solid meetings included a healthy mix of existing partner sync ups, new work, minted relationships, and trusted recharge. Big swings all around, and a lot of dust yet to settle, though many of the opportunities for us are big, clear, and very exciting. (The if/then/elses are fun, too.) In the continued frenetic accelerated evolution of the games industry, I'm grateful for the passionate, aspirational humans that make this such a rewarding life choice.
