Nerissa watching a supersonic launch!
This time the rocket was a team effort. This is my first rocket to break the sound barrier!
While this rocket is not entirely Rissa themed, a jailbird sticker was used. Credit to @VIC_Militaria

And here we go!
Went past the sound barrier (if just a bit worse for wear). An altitude of 10,400 ft was met
Keen to try this again next year too
Thank you everyone for your support!
Arrived at the launch site, now time to lock in and get a rocket launched to 10,000 ft

I saw that Sopiaโs oshi mark is a parabolic dish ๐ก.
Lately I went to visit several historic parabolic dishes in Australia built in 1981. These dishes were used to focus light from the sun to get heat and power.
It was the first solar power station in Australia!

For people interested, the facility is the White Cliffs Solar Power Station.
All my images of the location were filmed with a drone.

Hello oomfs, I will be away from Twitter for a week at the end of the month, entering a national rocketry competition together with friends from my local rocketry club.
At the launchsite, there isn't much reception so I am unsure how much I will be on Twitter at this time.

What an epic flight from the SpaceX team.
Iโm watching together with my rocket competition team, our own flight to 10,000 ft is in a couple of days!

A SR-71 Blackbird Has Vanished
The head of NASA just cryptically teased a new X-plane with an image that looked a lot like the iconic Blackbird. Now a very particular SR-71 is missing.
