If you live in Texas and can choose your electricity provider, make sure you shop rates every year or so. TXU was charging me 21¢ per Kwh PLUS a $70 Oncor fee. I switched to Varsity for around 7¢ per Kwh which INCLUDES the Oncor fee. Will save $1200-$1800 a year!

It's not so much that ppl suggested using Windows Update to repair Windows due to Windows Update failing to install Windows updates. But that I actually believed it might work! <smacks self in head> IDIOT! So, of course, Windows Update failed again triumphantly! WTF @Microsoft??

In case anyone else is having a similar problem with failing Windows Updates (Win11) I finally figured out that there was a major mismatch between the OS version and the core servicing system engine. Thanks #Gemini! Had to force an In-Place Tool Engine Alignment.

This was accomplished by creating a Windows install USB boot drive, but NOT booting up with it and instead just running the setup.exe file on the USB drive from within Windows. #WindowsUpdate #WindowsFix

Apparently, this has been going on for many years. These @Wendys prices are not available anywhere. I've plugged in tons of different zip codes and the prices always go way up. This is on a desktop PC going to Wendys.com (not signed in) and clicking on menu.

I used to have a pretty good Hisense U7 TV. Then it did an update a few weeks back and now it's a totally different TV. Slow and unresponsive when first turning it on. (from standby) Takes at least a minute or two before the UI starts working right. WTF Hisense?
