The 3% creator fee helps fund the treasury, which is used to cover profitable positions. The treasury is currently pre-funded with $2,000, and we’re adding another $2,000 through creator fees, bringing the initial treasury capacity to $4,000.
You will still be able to close and sell your positions normally. The protocol simply limits new positions once the treasury reaches its defined exposure threshold, so it doesn’t take on more payout obligations than the treasury can support. Also, when traders lose, those losses flow back into the treasury, increasing the available balance for future positions.
Oh, so if there are no taxes, I won't be able to sell a position at a profit? What will you do if there are hundreds of winning positions that exceed your available tax?
