DNS attack on @aeroxyz shows once again how critical frontend security is — and why true decentralization is needed. This attack didn’t breach any on‑chain logic. It targeted the user interface — the website — exploiting its vulnerabilities. Traditional smart contract audits alone can’t prevent this type of attack. As long as web3 dApps rely on Web2 DNS, Web2 hosting, and Web2 front‑ends, the weakest link decides the outcome. web3:// is already in use, supporting Base chain and 20+ major networks.
