We’re not just the team building Minds, we’re also big users of Minds. Because they actually save us hundreds of hours. Maybe our most valuable Mind is a cross team coordinator that the team reports to daily with our individual updates. With that info, it knows the status of every project, every deliverable, what’s been escalated, who owns what, what’s needed next, and what’s ready to ship. It’s like a Help Desk, mixed with a Project Coordinator. All in 1 Mind with an email address that anyone can talk to 24/7. If that sounds too simple of an idea, good, because it is. What’s not simple is finding another solution that would save us 2.5 hours a week x 12 team members.
