So apparently, we’re not just buying JPEGs anymore 😎 @themutualfun gives you a Seat, a fund to be part of, and a vote on where that fund goes. I went through the Prospectus. Here’s the part that actually got me interested.👇 A Seat is more than a PFP! ➡️Each Seat gives you a claim on a shared fund, a weekly vote on how that fund invests, and a vote every 13 weeks on whether the fund continues. You’re actually participating in the fund. And then there’s the Briefcase 💼 ➡️It’s an on-chain account tied to your Seat that holds cashed dividends. If you sell the Seat, the Briefcase goes with it. The mint is pretty straightforward! ▫️4,001 Seats ▫️5 funds ▫️Weekly governance ▫️On-chain dividends A TMF Pass is the ticket, burn 1 Pass and mint 2 Seats at 0.01 ETH each, with the ETH going into the funds. Passes come through the Deng Desk, Waiting Room, collaborations, team reserve and invitations. What I like most is that the funds evolve through community votes. So your Seat’s value isn’t just about the NFT it’s also about how the fund performs and how well the community governs it. And honestly it sounds fun! This kind of project is very new to me and that what makes me very interested!
