Getting through it. Honestly if you have to puke every single day even through 2nd and 3rd trimester, and you get hyper sensitive to smells and tastes, just eat and drink what you can. And yes, I have personal experience

True. What a mother eats directly affects the baby. Natural and nutritious food should be prioritized over soft drinks & junk food.

During pregnancy, a mother's diet has a direct impact on the physical and mental development of her child. At this stage, quality matters more than quantity when it comes to nutrition.

balanced, nutrient-dense diet should come first: folate (leafy greens, legumes, fortified foods or a prenatal), protein, iron, calcium, iodine, and omega-3s. Hydration and consistent prenatal care matter as much as any single food. @EvaCreates3 The video is a stylized illustration, not a literal map of how soda or a turnip instantly changes the womb. Real effects of diet are slower and more about overall patterns — excess added sugar and ultra-processed food vs. whole foods

the real answer is nutrient density not just eating clean. folate iron choline plus enough protein matter way more than people think and most prenatal diets miss choline entirely

A balanced, nutritious diet should be the priority, along with proper medical guidance. What works for one pregnancy may not work for another.

This video is such a powerful reminder. Nutrient rich, natural foods should always come first during pregnancy. The baby feels everything.
