A problem at the end of the D line train means next westbound train of any letter picking up 10 min @ North Station. No reason for failing better service there. Is Green line mgmt returning to regular disruptions & attacks against the needs of riders? Contempt for customers.

#mbta almost guarantees problems. Car 1479 was giving the wrong station names. It sits at State St for several minutes for no apparent reason. Is the Orange Line still managed by mediocrity? New rolling stock doesn’t fix human mediocrity.
