Not the same. A normal mod is a static file in your Paks folder - the game just mounts it, nothing runs. Sigeon is a custom ASI (a loader running inside the game) that pulls an encrypted mod from their server after a license check and loads it into memory, so no mod file ever lands on disk. That's the cheat-loader pattern, not the mod pattern - which is why a kernel anticheat like Vanguard already flags the ASI system-wide. Doesn't matter that the payload is "just settings," the in-memory loader is what gets caught. Use mods the normal way, don't run a server-sideloaded memory loader for a config.
