I built this for an 80-year-old couple.
One of them has Parkinson’s.
The other is doing everything in his power to help preserve her functioning for as long as possible.
So I made them something.
For free.
It’s a simple cognitive-motor training program built around progressively more challenging arm movements—circles, reversals, alternating patterns, bilateral coordination, interruptions, sequencing, and increasingly complicated combinations of movement + attention.
This kind of cognitive-motor training has been my research world for a long time.
To be very clear: I make absolutely no claim that this treats Parkinson’s, slows Parkinson’s, or will improve anyone’s functioning.
I just built something I thought might be useful for two people I wanted to help.
And then I thought:
Why should only they get to use it?
So I put it online.
Free.
No account.
No paywall.
No sales pitch.
If you want to try it, be my guest. It stores zero data but if you don’t clear your browser, it’ll remember where you left off.

And if you know an older adult, caregiver, therapist, researcher, or simply someone who likes giving their brain and body something interesting to figure out—send it their way.
Maybe the internet can do something nice with this one.
I’m meeting them in the park in 30 minutes to review some exercises. ✌️
