Back in May, the MLS-based US players I wanted to see play for the national team were: Brian Schwake, Max Arfsten, Zavier Gozo, Seb Berhalter, Adri Mehmeti, and Julian Hall I saw the vision before many others
Certain people within the USMNT fanbase are totally against the inclusion of any MLS players in the World Cup squad Ignore those idiots. The following MLS players should be included Brian Schwake Max Arfsten Zavier Gozo Seb Berhalter Adri Mehmeti Maybe even Julian Hall as well

If Man City reported their revenue honestly, they would not have been able to bring in the managers or the players that they did They committed fraud to try and propel their way to the top, rather than doing it slowly and steadily (and legally) like everybody else

This was my response every single time a Man City fan brought up “net spend” Man City’s recent net spend looked good… because they illegally assembled an expensive squad which then permitted them to sell and buy on repeat to keep “net spend” low It feels good to be right, once again
Replying to @BlueMoon09320
What aren’t you understanding, the reason the net spend is high is because they were able to illegally sign high value players and then sell them later on Show the total spend

Notice how Man City fans never ever went back past 2018 when looking at net spend? It’s because they knew, deep down, they were guilty

Don’t listen to any City fans trying to pull this bullshit Show us net spend, adjusted for inflation, since 2008, including wages, sign-on bonuses, and other transfer-associated spending Oh, did the numbers make you look bad again? What a shock

It shouldn’t come as a shock that Man City are continuing to fight this They refused to comply with the initial investigation. They attempted to counter-sue the Premier League to delay the trial further. The whistleblower was forced into witness protection This is a guilty club

It was so blatantly obvious that they’ve been guilty as sin for years Shame on every single person that tried to defend Man City’s actions
🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: Premier League confirm an independent Commission has found Manchester City GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES related to serious breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules over a nine-season period, and the majority of charges in relation to its failure to co-operate with the League’s investigation. The club has the right to appeal the independent Commission’s findings and has until Friday 2 October to exercise that right. The Premier League Board’s intention is that the full process (including any appeals and publication of relevant decisions) is concluded as soon as possible. The independent Commission found that between Seasons 2009/10 and 2017/18: - Manchester City arranged ‘sham’ contracts (which misrepresented the true agreement between the parties) with a number of its commercial partners, as well as relying on ‘sham’ agreements with others, to artificially inflate the club’s revenues and reduce its costs - The club filed misstated accounts and concealed the true state of its finances from its auditors and football regulators - Manchester City was significantly in breach of both the Premier League’s and UEFA’s spending limits - During the Premier League’s investigation, Manchester City committed multiple breaches of its duties of co-operation and utmost good faith towards the League (three of the four alleged breaches were upheld)

I understand where nostalgic tweets like this come from… but I’m begging people to watch football outside the Prem Vedat Muriqi is a 6’4 striker from KOSOVO and he bagged 23 GOALS in La Liga last season, he was literally 2 goals behind MBAPPE
We’re genuinely in a striker recession. Where’s the rugged/ugly-faced South American CF archetype? The 6'5 Balkan raised around war and chaos? The type who came to Europe knowing nothing but how to score. Now everyone comes from nice families and wants to play pretty football.

Like this man was 2 goals behind one of the best players in the world for the fucking Pichichi These strikers still exist and they’re still balling. People just refuse to watch football outside of the Prem and they’re suffering for it
