It's time to start selling $AMD. Price has reached my wave 5 targetzone, and the short-term upside potential is becoming increasingly smaller. Meanwhile the probability of a bigger correction is increasing. The stock is now trading at 165 times earnings, at a 1.4x PEG. Price could easily drop 50% without being cheap. I do think the long-term upside potential is still compelling, but not at the current valuation. I will buy when the correction is over. CPU demand will explode over the next years, but that is already priced in. Additionally, $NVDA is still dominating both, the GPU and CPU market. This stock is still a cyclical, just like $MU or $SNDK. Once supply surpasses demand, things can get ugly very fast for a company like this.
