Last night I lost someone who I grew up with. We were super close. As the years went on, his mental health rapidly declined and it inevitably lead to him suffering from mental illness. Our relationship eventually later became nonexistent. Heart is heavy but I am okay. I pray he’s in a better place. Please take your mental health seriously and please get help if you need help. Dont be embarrassed by getting help. My wonderful wife helps people everyday. Trust me when I say that there are so many people willing to help you ❤️
