Hi If you still have a valid subscription for the old mobile app and need to reinstall it, but it is no longer available in the app store, follow these steps: 1. Open the app store on your mobile device. 2. Tap your profile picture or icon in the top-right corner.

3. Tap Purchased (iOS) or select Manage apps and device > Manage > Not installed (Android). Search for the app and tap the cloud icon (iOS) or select the app and then tap the download icon (Android) to download the app again. I hope it will help. Regards Pawel / F-Secure

Hi @JouniTeppo and thank you for your message. You could try to remove VPN configurations from Freedome settings and see if it helps. Most likely this issue needs better investigation and the best option would be to contact directly our support: f-secure.com/en/web/home_glo…
