Gut-wrenching news at today's #Mizzou press conference: freshman offensive lineman Johnnie "DJ" Jones is on a heart transplant list, after freshmen intake tests detected a problem.
"It's tough right now," HC Eli Drinkwitz said. "Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family, as they go through this. I know Johnnie was watching our game [against Florida]. It's just hard. An 18-year-old with everything in front of him and you're just not prepared for that kind of news...We're praying for him and I know a lot of Mizzou fans will hopefully join in that prayer because he does need help in a hurry."

I was upset Damon Wilson wasn’t on here but then I dug into White’s game against BC and I get it. Different levels of competition but 3 sacks 3 TFL 7 tackles and a forced fumble is quite a game no matter who the competition is.

If you want just pure rushing attempts you only had 25 and 50 pass attempts (that’s with the sacks counting as passing attempted plays even though he didn’t throw the ball).
Total of 85 rushing yards on pure running plays. But 32 of those yards came on the 4 rushing plays on the final garbage time drive after the pick 6. So before that when the game was competitive, you had 53 yards on 21 rushing play attempts at 2.52 yards per carry.
run game wasn’t used enough. how many of those lost yards were sacks? cfb is different than the nfl where a sack goes towards rush yards.
